VOlunteers

Becoming a volunteer with Ballet British Columbia is a wonderful way to become part of the family.

The support of approximately 100 active members is a critical part of the continued success and development of Ballet British Columbia. The contribution of our volunteers is truly vital and deeply appreciated.

Volunteers are needed to help out in the following ways:

  • Assisting at performances by selling lottery tickets or merchandise, handing out information at the lobby entrance or the membership table and greeting in The Founders’ Council lounge
  • Setting up, ushering and assisting with food and beverage duties at the Studio Series and receptions
  • Helping in the office with data entry and mailings
  • Office reception relief
  • Taking phone orders for the Fall and Spring lotteries
  • Helping at special events such as the Home & Garden Tour and the Annual Golf Tournament
  • Helping at Kids’ Club activities

Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering. And please never think that any contribution is too small. Whatever amount of time and energy you have to offer will be immensely valuable.

For more information on volunteer opportunities, and to receive a volunteer registration form please contact Office Coordinator Pedro Peters at Ballet British Columbia at 604-732-5003, ext. 200 or by email at officecoord@balletbc.com.
