Contests are open to all residents of British Columbia except employees of the Ballet British Columbia and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any persons residing in their respective households.

All decisions of the judging organization are final. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

All entries become the property of Ballet British Columbia and unless entrants request to join the mailing list, no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants and/or "prize winner" whowill be notified by phone/mail/fax. Entrants, by entering contests, consent to the use of their name and/or photograph without compensation in any future publicity carried out by Ballet British Columbia.

Ballet British Columbia is not responsible for any improperly addressed, lost, stolen, misplaced, or destroyed entries in connection with any contest.

Prizes can be picked up in person at the Ballet British Columbia office in the Scotiabank Dance Centre or at the box office at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on the night of the show. Winner will arrange pick up with a Company representative.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, and are not transferable or convertible to cash.

Ballet British Columbia holds the right to amend contest rules or change contest rules at any time without notice.

All prize winners irrevocably release Ballet British Columbia and it's successors, agents, directors, and employees from any and all claims in relation to any said "Contest".
