Charity Donations Request
Ballet BC is pleased to support events by donating tickets to community non-profit organizations. Ticket donations are limited and must meet three criteria for eligibility:
The organization must be non-profit registered charity
The event is an arts-based (dance arts events are given priority) or a community-oriented event
Ballet BC must be acknowledged through signage and/or program mention.

In order to allow for sufficient time to review your request, all requests must be received a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the event.
All donation requests must be made on the Ballet BC Ticket Donation Request form in order to be considered.
Charities which are selected will be awarded a voucher redeemable for two tickets to a specific Ballet BC production. Day and date restrictions apply and seats are subject to availability. Advance reservations are required and the timeframe is noted on the voucher.
Ballet BC has a limited number of tickets available for donation per performance. Once this allotment has been awarded, Ballet BC is unable to accommodate other donation requests.
You will be contacted if your submission is accepted to receive a donation. Due to the volume of requests received, only those organizations that are granted donations will be contacted. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
All ticket donations must be accepted as awarded. No cash value.
