Creation Fund

As you can imagine, producing ballet is a complex endeavor. There are research and development costs; expenses for music, costumes, sets, and choreography and, of course, the talented artistry and athleticism of a company of dedicated dancers.

In support of artistic director John Alleyne’s vision and creativity and to help contribute to the costs of developing and creating extraordinary new ballets, Ballet BC has launched the Creation Fund. With gifts currently secured from a variety of individuals, corporations and foundations, the Creation Fund supports the development and presentation of vibrant, innovative new ballets, from concept to creation.

We have already received a number of generous gifts towards our goal, but we need your help. Your tax-deductible donation will join that of other dance enthusiasts in support of one of Canada’s most exceptional dance companies.
