World-renowned Moscow Ballet will celebrate its 15th anniversary this holiday season. With its all-Russian cast, renowned for exquisite dancing and choreography by Artistic Director Anatoli Emelianov, spectacular scenic design by Valentin Fedorov, the Great Russian Nutcracker is the must-see production of 2007.

This is pure classical ballet, with its roots firmly planted in the rich tradition of grand Russian ballet. The hand-painted sets are nothing less than magnificent, the choreography brings the athleticism of dance to a whole new level, and the music is beyond moving -- but it's the larger-than-life puppets, measuring some 12-feet high, that will keep even the youngest audience members riveted.
