PERSONAL SERVICE: You can call Audience Services at 604-732-5003 and speak to Ashley ext. 208 or to Carol ext. 221 with any questions about your season tickets or to purchase additional tickets if you want to bring a friend or two.$5.00 DISCOUNT on any additional regular single tickets purchased to any Ballet BC production.
FLEXIBLE TICKET EXCHANGES: Free exchanges on requests made more than 3 days before your scheduled performance. A $5 fee is applied to all exchanges with less than 3 days notice (Founders Council Members are Exempt from ticket exchange fees). Exchanges cannot be granted if your ticketed performance has already passed.
LOST TICKETS ARE AUTOMATICALLY PROTECTED AGAINST LOSS and are replaced at no charge. If you have lost or misplaced your tickets please contact Audience Services as soon as possible so that replacement tickets can be reissued.
If you are unable to attend your performance YOU CAN DONATE YOUR TICKET back to Ballet BC for a tax-deductable receipt for the value of the ticket. Please Note: Ballet BC MUST receive the actual tickets at least 3 days prior to your scheduled performance in order to issue the tax receipt.
Also, dont forget about the pre-performance chats at 7:00pm in the Mezzanine before every performance and the post-show reception where you are invited to join the company for refreshments in the Mezzanine Lobby.
