SEASON SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS

FLEXIBLE TICKET EXCHANGES Season Ticket Holders may exchange tickets for another evening of the same production. Change requests made more than 3 days before the performance are free, all changes made less than 3 days prior to the affected performance are subject to a $5 service fee (Founders Council Exempt). Exchanges must be made 5 hours or more prior to your scheduled performance. Exchanges cannot be granted if the scheduled performance has already passed.
LOST TICKET REPLACEMENT Season Ticket Holders are automatically protected against lost tickets – they will be replaced at no charge. Please contact Audience Services if you have lost your tickets.
FUMBLING TOWARDS ECSTACY & NUTCRACKER TICKETS Season Ticket Holders have the option of purchasing up to 4 Fumbling Towards Ecstasy tickets at a $10 discount until September 30th 2013. You also have an opportunity to purchase Nutcracker Adult tickets at a $10 discount until September 30th, 2013. Subscribers can also purchase these tickets before they go on sale to the general public. (excludes D-Zone).
ADDITIONAL TICKETS Treat family, friends or a client to a Ballet BC performance. As a season ticket holder you will receive a $5 discount on any additional tickets purchased to any show featuring our Ballet BC Dancers (excludes D-Zone).
DONATE YOUR TICKETS If you are unable to attend a performance you can donate your tickets back to Ballet BC for a tax-deductible receipt for the value of the tickets. Donated tickets MUST be received by Audience Services 3 days prior to the scheduled performance, ticket donations cannot be made after the performance.
Also, dont forget about the pre-performance chats at 7:00pm in the Mezzanine before every Ballet BC performance (Nutcracker and Fumbling Towards Ecstacy are excluded) and the post-show reception where you are invited to join the company for refreshments at the cash bar in the Mezzanine Lobby.
